Options

Add fresh chopped basil leaves with 2 drops of Young Living Basil Essential Oil.

Add fresh chopped rosemary leaves with 1 drop of Young Living Rosemary Oil.

Use a 1 cup of cooked mashed sweet potato with 1- 1/2 cup of kefir.

Method

2 cups All Purpose Gluten Free Flour plus flour for dusting
2 tsp Baking Powder
3/4 tsp Kosher or Sea Salt
1-3/4 to 2 cups Greek Yogurt or Kefir (I usually use some of both)
Olive oil 1 – 2 Tablespoons for the parchment paper

Preheat oven 425°

Prepare pizza pan or a cookie sheet. Cut parchment paper to fit. Place pan without paper into the oven while oven is preheating. Set the parchment paper aside.

In a large bowl add all the dry ingredients. Mix well. Now add 1-3/4 cups of wet mix well. With clean hands finish mixing the dough. If sticky dust with flour. Knead lightly forming a round dough ball

Place the the dough onto the parchment paper and spread out to fit your pan. Brush lightly with oil. Remove pan from oven (being careful it is hot). Place the pan at the edge of the counter and pull the parchment onto the pan. Place in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes until a nice light brown.

Prepare your toppings.

Now the pizza crust is baked take out and top with your Favorite toppings.

Place in oven for 15 – 20 minutes until the cheese is completely melted, and brown a little.

Take pizza out of oven.
